All products and deliveries by Ballon King KLG are made exclusively on the basis of these applicable General Terms and Conditions and are aimed at customers in Switzerland.
After an order has been placed (online, by telephone, by email or in person at the Zollikon location), there is a legally binding purchase contract.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions and the current applicable data protection declaration .
You will receive an automatically generated confirmation email with every order. This is not a promise that the product can be delivered with certainty, just that we have received the order.

Ballon King KLG reserves the right to only carry out orders against prepayment.
Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you refrain from making a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an overview of your order in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice request and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you also accept POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

The helium bottles and accessories are rented (except for disposable helium bottles). One week's rental is included in the price.
The bottles can be picked up at a collection point as shown in the ordering process, or delivered to your home for an additional charge. Delivery by post is only possible for disposable helium bottles.
The helium bottles and accessories must be returned personally to an open collection point and may not be deposited in front of the collection point.
If there are remaining contents in the helium bottles, they will not be refunded.
If you want to return an unopened and still sealed helium bottle, you must email Ballon King KLG at least 48 hours before the bottle is returned to inform. Without the timely information mentioned, the helium bottle is considered used and must be paid for in full. Information after the return can no longer be taken into account.
If a helium bottle and accessories are not returned by the return date, the additional rental costs will be charged to the customer afterwards.
If a helium bottle and accessories are not returned at all, the full costs will be charged to the customer afterwards.

After delivery of the products, the customer has 14 days to submit complaints in writing by e-mail
If the goods were damaged during transport, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery
Basically, we do not offer any returns, but unused, complete and undamaged goods can be accepted in the original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.
There are no exchanges for latex balloons and customized products (greeting cards etc.)
There is a 2-year guarantee on all originally packaged products - not on helium-filled balloons

All delivered products remain the property of Ballon King KLG until full payment.

The product data and images are often based on information provided by manufacturers or suppliers.
Pictures and representations on the homepage (www.ballonking.ch) may deviate from the original.

The data protection declaration is part of these general terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to the data protection declaration.

Ballon King KLG excludes any liability for the products sold and delivered within the scope of the legally permissible provisions.
All products are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
